  The owner is really cheap when it comes to the toppings, especially the meats. I only eat here because it is near my house. I might start eating somewhere else because I want the owner to think that he does not have the market cornered.

  I called to place my order on a Saturday night around 7:45pm. It rang for about 2 mins with no answer. I just assumed it was due to it being a busy time on a weekend. I called back know for sure someone would anser and at least place me on hold. Nope! I was wrong another 2-3 mins of ringing. I hung up extremely annoyed at this point and decided to go online to place my order. It took me 4 mins to set up an acct and select my order. It said a confirmation email will be sent to you. 10 mins later still no confirmation email. I will just assume my pizza will be ready in about 30 mins or so since none of the paid employees were avaliable to tell me.

  I've heard bad things about this Pizza hut location over the last past year, but I had never had a bad experience....UNTIL... I placed an online order for pasta and bread sticks, the alfredo literally smelled like spoiled milk as if the sauce was old. The bread sticks were cold, and looked like they were thrown together. I am certain that the alfredo was spoiled. This location does not even deliver to certain locations that are literally 2 miles from the store.

  I've been very please with my pizzas from the Bon Air Pizza Hut. I love getting creative with the variety of sauces and crust flavors offered.

  First of all I would like to make it clear that I speak perfect English. I enunciate every syllable and I never mince words. After making what I would later call a "cringe worthy" decision I decided to give this local establishment a phone call for a quick delivery. I had to repeat myself at least 20 times...with everything that I said. When my order arrived it was wrong (didn't discover this until the driver left), the driver tried to help himself to a ten dollar tip......and the worse part of my whole experience was the pizza was one and half hours late. Needless to say it was cold. I will never order another pizza from this establishment ever again nor will I order a pizza from pizza hut in general ever again as this has left an unwanted "taste in my mouth". In addition I won't recommend this place to anyone...not even people I don't care for. I know my boycotting won't accomplish anything much less regaining my lost time and lost funds. I just wanted to write this comment to make you, the reader, think twice about giving this place a call before you end up as disappointed as I was. I hope my comment helps with your decision.
