  Hands down the best Italian food in Richmond! We try to go at least once a week for the pizza and homemade mozzarella sticks. Excellent food and excellent service every time!

  Nice local Italian restaurant -- nothing fancy, but always satisfying. Pizza is very good. Now has outside dining. Frank's son is now running the show, so they are in it for the long haul.

  Frank's is an old school neighborhood Italian restaurant. It features great food, creative specials, a small size, and a European pace (relaxed, not rushed). With good weather, you can even dine al fresco.

  Great mussels with garlic bread! Price is fair.
  Just the wine was not very good and too expensive. Very friendly waiter.
