  Where do I start? I'm sure it would be a nice place as it used to be. Both Richmond locations are always slammed packed. adults letting their kids do whatever they wanted. Most of the games were broken, tickets were out in most machines and parents were not watching their kis. Kids were rude, trying to take over games other kids paid for, staff couldn't keep up with anything that was going on. Prizes were crappy, and the staff was sloppy subtracting the total. Waste of money. Both locations need a few people walking around to keep things under control. Or put a sign up explaining some rules!! Had a terrible time and will never go back to either locations.

  Great place to have a birthday party. I recommend scheduling a birthday party as early in the day as possible though to avoid the crowds that overwhelm the establishment. Our birthday coordinator was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I wish the pizza was better quality which would have made my review a 5 star review along with the need of more employees during peak hours to avoid the 20+ person wait to cash in your ticket earnings for prizes.
