  Service was glacial, the order were not correct, and the portions small. For 2 young girls, my wife and I the tab came out to almost a hundred dollars. I would have rather gone to Morton's which is less than 2 blocks away. Service and food would have been phenomenally better; and I would have gotten valet service for parking. I mean we got salads, fried pickles and mushrooms, and wings. Its not that difficult to cook. Now I see why this chain is struggling.... crappy overpriced food and poor service isn't a winning business model. I am certainly never going to this location (and perhaps to any location) ever again.

  My experience from this company and location was that they refused to help fix mistakes they made on my order! I went to a manager named HEATHER that was openly discriminating against me and then began to refuse to help fix my order that I had already paid for!! Then tried talking to assistant manager of store STEVE and he calls to tell me I'm lying about my experience and that his staff stated I was belligerent and loud? I expected like any other customer would an apology about my terrible service and some kind of empathy!! Instead I got labeled an overly aggressive black woman? If you want disrespectful service, racism,and headaches with your order of wings this buffalo wild wings is for you!

  The waiter sat us at a location where she stated was fast service, but we didn't get asked for our drinks for at least 15 minutes. The music is horrible, very loud. The food I received made me sick. I threw up for two hours straight and could not sleep. The employee I spoke to believed it was serious but I guess the manager did not. He did not address the issue, he stated that he does not know me personally so he can't reason that the chicken made me sick. He basically was not listening, and was not going to make up for what occurred. I don't understand how one piece of chicken could be overcooked to the point where it takes you at least three minutes to chew, The piece was boneless. Out of 12 pieces of chicken, 1 was "overcooked." So I can sum this up as, want to throw up? Eat here.
